This course was created for all those who want to start a traditional Sanskrit study in a methodical and regular manner.
Sanskrit is an essential part of the Vedic studies; it will prepare the mind of the student, blessing it with objectivity and clarity of thinking, and give rise to a better understanding of the studied original Sanskrit Mantras, Stotras and Sanskrit texts in general.

  1. Introduction to Sanskrit – The language of the Gods – Overview
  2. Alphabet – Transliteration – Instructions for correct pronunciation.
  3. Devanagari – Alphabetization in Devanagari
  4. Reading & Writing – Practice – Participants will be listened to individually and the audio of the reading will be available to the student
